I Le Hibou muovono i primi passi nella scena progressive italiana nei primi mesi del 2006. Pubblicano il primo album autoprodotto, Scrivere il Cielo, nel 2010. Nel 2014 esce il loro secondo album autoprodotto, Nowhere Project (From Nowhere with Love). il 29 marzo 2016 esce l'Ep Mirrors
